TATTOO HEALING

i got a a pair of paw prints in my hips 10-25-08, and the guy who gave them to me was great in his job but they still hurt, i don't know if it is winter that is bothering them or my belt line on my pants , but if you can give me some advice i would really apprieciate it!!!!<3
