Tattoo in central Pa...

I have been concidering getting a tattoo for years now and have decided to get one. I was down in jamaica last year and took a picture of a hibiscus flower. I was wondering if anyone knew of any artists in the Central PA area that does good work (floral in particular) from sketching from a picture. I live in the mechanicsburg area,but I am willing to drive an hour or so to have it done. Thanks!
