tattoo in remembrance of Tiffany age 5

My granddaughter, Tiffany, was born with multiple problems that she needed to overcome and I took custody of her at age 2. She just recently had her 4th open heart surgery on January 18 she was sent home that following Wednesday. On Saturday January 27th she passed away at my home. All of the women in my family are looking for a special tattoo with angel wings to put her name on to carry with us forever. Is there anyone who knows of a tattoo that would be appropriate to represent a little 5 year old girl? Thank you. Robin Shirley
