tattoo locations

hey i was just wondering about some things with tattoo. i've got differant feedback from other artists in town, and was just wondering what you guys would do. a place in town wont tattoo alot of stuff. he wouldnt tattoo eddie from iron maiden on my friend, cause he was like she wont like that in 10 years. they wont tattoo knuckles, hands, necks, and another guy said before when he first started he would do the same, but now just dont care, if they want it, they want it. so just wonderin what you guys would do, someone comes into your studio and says i want my knuckles tattood and my neck.. would you guys do it?... im just lookin for some feedback about it. expecting the same as what i was told here. but just wonderin.
