tattoo over skingraph

My hole left arm got burned when I was 2 1/2 yrs old,In my arm the doctor laid some skingraphs and I was wondering if its possible to get a tattoo over the skinggraphs or if there is a risk of the needle hiting my veins or muscles

Tattoing over a skingraph is possible, yes. However the tissue is generally alot rougher than the surrounding skin and that should be taken into account. My suggestion is to go to a well know custom artist and have your tattoo designed to fit the area and hide the scaring. GOOD LUCK!
