TATTOO OVER STRETCH MARKS

tattooing over stretch marks?

I have done tattoo work on someone who had stretch marks on her shoulder area due to weight and she wanted to hide them with two kois...one on each shoulder. It can be done, but definately takes extra care. There is a higher chance of going too deep, blow outs and not to mention the texture and thickness of that area vs regular skin and knowing when you are on a stretch mark vs reg skin. I personally enjoyed that challenge but I know of other artists who had complete nightmares because they went too deep or mis-judged that area for stretch marks. Go to someone experienced...
