Tattoo Placement

After much thought I have decided to get a tattoo (a small sparrow). I would like it to be somewhere it could be hidden if needed, and I am almost sold on high on my ribs/underneath my arm (almost as if it would be covered by my bra). I've heard that the ribs are especially painful and since my tattoo would be fairly small I'm not overly concerned about that, but I was just wondering if anyone else had seen tattoos there/had an opinion about that spot.
