Tattoo Reaction

I recently( 4 days ago) got my first tattoo. The skin under it is red and the tattoo itself is raised and bumpy and it itchy's like crazy! I've been using bacitracin to heal it and its also gotten red and bumpy close to the tattoo. I got my tattoo on my upper right arm jut above the fold in my elbow on the inside. i have the red skin and bumps inside the bend now too! what should I do!
