Tattoo's and Sunbeds!

Wonder if you can help, i had my second tattoo done about 3 1/2 weeks ago and am thinking of going on sunbeds next week but will it affect my tattoo at all? its quite a large one

After the tattoos is at least 3 weeks old you are probably safe, but I would wait for about 6 weeks to be safe and even then use a high quality sunblock with an spf of 50 or greater!

the use of sunbeds is retarded. the uv rays are still carcinogenic. learn to live with your complexion.

aside from the really obvious problems with tanning beds, it will fade your tattoo. If you continue to do it, your tattoo will fade, the colors with look like crap and you'll end up with cancer :)

And really kids...Bob Packwood is right on this one...tanning beds are BAD!!!!!! Any dircet UV rays are bad for ya...its all in MODERATION...even then its not healthy.

Hey its ok for you guys to say that, your in the sunny US, not in the pissing down with rain UK!! Just kidding, thanks for the advice. Not that Im justifying myself or anything but i dont make a habit of sunbeds anyway as they're bad for you and make you wrinkly when your older! Nice! Its puely so Im not the whitest on the beach in Mexico in a couple of weeks! But thanks again P.s: Wicked site!
