Tattoo shop in veracruz,mexico

I'll be heading to mexico for my vaction,but i been trying to find a shop down there with a well know artist to do some old aztec art on me..can anyone help guide me to some of the shops located in veracruz..if you can you can email.i would greatly appreciate it..
