FInally, the oklahoma health and human services committee has let the issue go for a vote.
For the past several years demacrats have been sending bill after bill through the state senate where it almost always passed, but was shortly shot down by a republican lead committee because they knew the democrats had the votes needed to throw out the old law that banned this beautiful art.
As of yesterday April 03, 2006 the bill has made it out of committee for a full vote, and with any luck the measure will pass by the end of the year.
Any thoughts on how the whole mess is going to go down?
I know mass. passed the same type of bill a while back and it had some obvious reprecutions.
Any warnings or comments from newly legal tattoo states would be greatly appreciated.
