Tattooing Letters in Houston

Hi all, this will be my very first tattoo. I know in my head what i want, but since I am not an artist can't put it on paper. It is 3 words with angel wings and halo behind it (my brother died). So my question is does anyone know of an artist in houston who does or specializes in lettering. I have seen a lot of good artist with portraits or with colored work, but thats not what i want.
