I'm looking for a tattoo artist with some experience with tattooing on scar tissue. I have many 1-2" scars for skin cancer on my torso I'd like to cover. I also need help in the design aspect in "connecting the dots". I have quite a few ideas and the style I desire is Celtic. Can any body help?
