TATTOOIST WANTING WORK IN BAGA GOA

I am looking to move to Goa In 2009 and would like to start a possible partnership with an artist in Baga, Calangute. or Candolim I have a lot of experience in trad jap and lettering work although I do all aspects of tattoo work. im 42 yrs old and been artistic all my life I did my full apprenticeship at sixteen as a traditional signwriter and moved into tattoos at around twenty. I have all my own gear and would possibly rent a station in a studio in these locations. Failing that would like some info on starting on my own, what is involved.ie registering etc I can get premises no problem I have many friends in Baga both english and goan but dont know what is needed to set up shop legally any replies welcome thanks John
