Tattoos for Brothers

I want to get a matching tattoo with my brother, but I really have no ideas of what we can get together...any ideas?

i want to get a tattoo for my brother symbolizing that no matter what i am always going to be there for him. we are so different it is hard to think of anything....any ideas?
