Can anyone give me advice and a name of a GREAT tattooist in the Toronto area who will do a great job at covering scars from a breast reduction surgery I had done 2 years ago. I've got the typical anchor shaped scars , also my nipples are not round, and discolored.
Your help and advice is so greatly appreciated.
