tattoos issues

im 14 years old and i want a tattoo but my mom says it she say in the bible you aint suppose to mark your body but i realy want one so i can express myself i dont want just to look cool and fit in school i want because i just want to be me

Wait till your 18. Im sure you know so much about the world and yourself at the age of 14 but trust me your life will change. Things that mean alot to you now may not mean the same 5-10 years from now. Either way most shops wont tattoo anyone younger than 16 and even then you need parental consent.
