Tattos for African Americans HELP!!!

Some shops tattoo more darker skin people,but i wouldn't just go to a shop because of that..Any tattooer that's good technically can do a good tattoo no matter the color of your skin..The tattooer will tell you what colors will work best for your skin tones..
