I have seen this arrangement as a tattoo, in the beautiful and flowing Tibetan drucha script, that the calligraphy artist; Tashi Mannox has especially designed. I have been a Buddhist for 40 years, and I am 64. Om Mani Padme Hum (the correct spelling). The meaning is < Om Jewel in the Lotus Hum > The Om and the Hum are "seed-syllables" use all the time before and after and piece of text. The pronounciation is Ohm Mah Nee Pahd May Hung.
