Could anyone please tell me why my skin about one inch under my tattoo has turned green? The outline of my tatto is black and it looks like the ink is bleeding under my skin. No one that I know has seen this before. It looks like a bruise. It looked this as soon as I had gotten it done, I thought my artist was just holding my arm to tight and it was a bruise, but it isn't. I have had my tattoo and this problem for about 11 months now. Someone please explain.

sounds like the line work is blown out under the skin. nothing you can really do unless you cover it I would think but maybe I am wrong.
Yup, most likely a blown out line, either from the artist digging too deep or using an ink that isn't meant for outlining.
