to be a tatoo artist

i am 13 years old and for my year 9 options i want tto take art ,when i grow up i want to be a tatoo artist but i dont no what qualifications i need to became .

I think it is great that you want to be an artist-and a tattoo one is even better! That being said I would see if you can get one of the local tattoo shops and maybe you can do some small things around their shop. This would be ideal...but also read everything you can on skin, santation, cross-contamination prevention etc also helps. These boards are great for general information, and hopefully you will find someone who will take an interest in your art. If you are truly passionate about it the rest will follow. Best of luck!
