Top Artist in NYand CT....also need help picking artist from below

I am trying to get a REALISTIC KING COBRA, NAJA NAJA (not a japanese) with expanded hood with its mouth close. Its important for me to have very detailed skin, color and texture....people i need help trying to figure out the HOURLY PRICE of the artist i have mentioned to know who would be best and fit for my tattoo ...offcourse the snake skin going to take up lots of hour but... i am college student so it has to be practical..... Whose better than whom.........my pick are after 1.Anil Gupta(if u can think he can ink check out his website, very expensive). 2.Nick Baxter (moderate but covers the cost by coating the tattoo 2 to 3 times, average hours go from 20 to 60 depending the tattoo), 3.Chris O Donnell ( awsome but most of his work is Japanese), 4.Mike Rubendall (pretty good but similar to Chris), 5.Mario Serio (he's good too), 6.Luca Natalini, 7.Eric (from Inkshoptattoonyc.com), 8.David Sena, Hope Gallery's---> 9.Eric Merril, 10.Julio Rodriguez (CT, Hope Gallery). 11. Eric Ziobrowski does really nice realistic work..You can see some of his [email removed]/4412035 He works with Zam,at Visionary Tattoo..www.zamtattoo.com www.regnyc.com is a versatile tattooer that does all styles.. With the list you have,i would go with Nick Baxter,or Lou Jacque..

I think it comes down to what style, they can all do a great tattoos.If you just want clean exact replica anil gupta is worth the money.Were some of the other guys can make it realistic and have a style connected to them so its really hard to pick one. They can all get it done in there own way.good luck
