almost a year ago i got my 1st tattoo. it is all black and i did have a initial touchup after it healed. but after the touchup had healed the outline seemed raised to the touch, and a few months after it healed i noticed some fading in one spot. now is it safe to get another touch up or can it screw up what is there?
