underneath skin is showing lighter colours then expected

hi i had tattoo done on my left ankle 4 days back and now nice scabs has started forming...but the skin underneath is showing lighter colours and iam worried that i may have to go for touch again.......is it too early to descide on colours? will the exact colours appear after 30 days...??? please advice.
