I have recently got a tattoo done, I went with a friend and her partner to get this done and after getting my tattoo found that this person had no license. My tattoo was meant to be a snowflake but is now just a blob in the middle of my arm. Does anybody have idea where and who I would see about getting this tattoo removed and to make sure that this person never does Tatt's again.

short of getting someone to go break his arms with a pick axe handle and taking his shit you aint going to stop him Look up tattoo removal on the net I'm sure someone near you does lazer removal if you dont have any luck I have some sisters down there who can put you in touch with people who do removal
