using black as dominant color

im looking to combine some coverup work with some new stuff-the end result to be a full sleeve-im looking for an artist in the long island ny area whose style reflects extensive use of black as the primary or dominant color-not as in black and gray but as incorporating black into a color piece without it looking like tribal.its a style i dont see too much of around here but seems ideal for the look i want.anybodys 2cents would be appreciated thanx in advance
