Hey everyone for a while I've been wanting a UV tattoo, I already did my research on the risks and everything but I'll can't seem to find this answer: if a just get a UV tattoo with color do I have to get a regular tattoo first and since my state don't do UV tatts, I live in NY unless I want to travel upstate which I don't, Anyone know of a good artist (s) in Miami, FL or San Francisco, CA THANKS.
