Vine Tattoo -- Need ideas!

Hi there, I lost twins in March and have had 7 total miscarriages for a total loss of 8 babies. I have 1 living daughter who is almost 2. I want to get a tattoo to remember these losses and thought of getting a vine tattoo with little flowers for each lost baby and a butterfly on the vine for my daughter. I'd like it to wrap my big toe and follow up my foot to around my ankle. The problem is I can't draw and everything I sketch just doesn't look right. How do I go about putting my idea into a sketch an artist could then either replicate or draw? Thanks, Jen
