would you rather have a shop you can walk to in a moderate location or a shop thatis only driver frendly in a great commerical location

Definitely "B". New faces are what any business needs and a commercial site is set up just for that. Just my opinion.

thanks for your info my thing is i dont want people that dont have a car turned away and in my lower income town i know quite a few with no transportation
