wanting to create my own tattoo mag for females

i am looking for a direction in starting my own female only tattoo magazine to recognize the female artist as well as females who have the passion for ink as well as i do, if anyone can give me some info just drop me an email i would highly appreciate it, not to many females in my area are into the ink, and i think alot about this subject and how society sometimes looks at us like we are freaks or something, this is where i want to go with this to keep it real, so please just let me know thank you bunches
