so i got a tattoo on my stomach about i month ago it healed fine, and was fine for these past 2 months now all of a sudden i have wart like bumps on the outline they dont itch and they dont seem like they will pop .. i dont know what this is iv gottn tatto b4 this hasent happend.... any idea what these wart like bumps are ??? thanx
