Well I have waited 40 years to get tattooed and I finally decided it was about time.I grew up around a bunch of artist's and musicans so it's hard to believe I haven't got one yet.Anyway my question is I'm thinking of getting a sleeve from midway between my elbow and wrist and over my shoulder.I want a pretty detailed piece and love bekinski,gieger,dali.I'm hopeing to find someone to something original along these lines.Who and where on the west coast would be my best bet.Someone in portland would be great but I can travel to washington or calif as long as it's worth it.
