what are peoples thoughts on this....

ok guys this is my first post on here and i dont know how many of you work in or have worked in germany. but this is the state of play where im working at right now in this small town we have 7 tattoo shops!!!!! this is due to a huge military population and i feel thats enough for round here however last night i saw something so fucking rediculus im still finding it hard to belive.....i walked past a bar and heard a tattoo machine buzzing and decided to investigate. to my complete horror i found a guy hacking up a a poor client in the middle of a smokey bar filled with drunk hillbillys. on top of that the guy was using some ebay type crap to do it. now you may bag on me for this but out of sympathy for the client i went over to offfer some advice especially when i saw his cross contamination proceedures or lack of..... this guy to his credit was using disposable tubes but when i saw the mess he was making of the other person i politly requested him to stop and at least allow me to show him why he was fucking up so bad.....the response was fuck off and mind youre own buisness!!!!!! l there are over 25v scratchers in this town and to be fair most of them are better than a couple of the shops here but i have never seen them work. two of the shops i hope will close soon as one doesnt even have an auto clave or any bio hazardous waste. the other guy is just a shit bag pimp wanna be........ What i want to ask is how fucked up is this situation
