Heyy everyone!
I am going next Saturday to have my tattoo done, It's not too big I am getting "Let it be" in cursive with flowers, leaves and a piano all attached to it on my upper back, right below my neck. (You have it see it to understand, my friend drew it for me and it's beautiful). This is my third tatoo, the other two are on my wrists and I didn't really have this problem. I know when I go to get it, I of course have to wear a low shirt but afterwards what is best to wear? I work Mon-Fri at a law firm so I can not exactly dress casually and wear low-back shirts but I do not want to risk pulling my ink and scabs. If anyone has any suggestions, I am open to all. Thanks in advance for any feedback!!
What the wear afterwards.

I think you have two options... a lined suit jacket over a cami that doesn't tug/rub/pull on the tattooed area -- the lining shouldn't catch or rub, and it fits more loosely than a shirt will.
Otherwise, a long-sleeved dress shirt in a darker colour - but one that's looser fitting.
What a stupid question.
If the tattoo isn't going to be that big, then you could ge away with a piece of saran wrap to use as a barrier between you clothes and your skin. BUT it is very important that when you can to remove it as often as you can to let your tattoo breath and to clean it. You may want to take a few pieces with you just for that purpose. You should only have to do this (if you choose to) for the first couple of days. After that, just wear something comfortable that doesn't have a tendency to rub. Best of luck and let us know how everything turns out! ....J
If it was such a stupid question, why respond?
Thanks everyone who had positive feedback!!
Zeppmoon...I have to apologize for the moron who called it a stupid question...it was NOT a stupid question AT ALL!...The internet is full of trolls like that one...if stupid hurt...that asshole would be screaming!!....Thanks for your post!!Keep in touch with all of us here on TattooNOW!!...TAz
Ok so I got the tattoo, and it's absolutely beautiful and it is actually bigger than expected, it is between my shoulder blades and it take up lengthwise almost that entire space. I have been wearing camisoles that allow it to get air but today is Monday and I had to find something to wear so I opted for a camisole and a loose sweater and the material doesn't seem to be rubbing or pulling and I keep opening the neck to get air in. Thanks again to everyone who responded and maybe I can put a picture up when it's healed.
