what to pay a Piercer

We are going to start piercing and I need t know what kind of split I should expect when I hire a Piercer. Should I give a % on jewelry or just a set cost per piercing?

set cost for piercings, figure in the jewelry cost into it along with your mark up for the jewelry.

I think a 50% cut is average for piercers but I know some shops charge X amount for the piercing then add on a separate cost for jewelry and only pay the piercer fr the piercing not the jewelry but like around here all the piercing shops charge so little the piercers need to get 50% . The average charge around here is $25 including jewelry because so many ghetto folk will do it cheaper in the local mall bathrooms because the people around here don't care if they get HEP or HIV or whatnot they just want it free. So after all that I would say a % would be pretty good and best of luck to you
