Where can I find someone here in America who does traditional Samoan Tattoos

I would like to find some one who does traditional style samoan tattoos. I thought i heard that it was illegal in the states but i would still like to know if anyone knows where to get one done. Anywhere in the US even Hawaii. Thank you!!
