White Tattoos

I got a black Led Zep 'Zoso' tattoo which has spread quite a lot so it's all blurry...would it work if I got a black square to cover it and the 'Zoso' design done over the square in white ink? I have reeeeally pale skin but I dunno if you can tattoo white over black...

You cannot cover black with anything! Adding white to the blackened area will only succeed in making it a greyish, if anything.
