Who is the artist for this?? New England

I want to get a cartoonish portrait of my sons. I want it to look like them obviously but I also want full color and it to be fun for lack of a better word. Would you go with a portrait specialist or a someone more in the line Joe C. from Hope (Though his work is mostly female faces he can obviously create a face) with great color? Until Gabe can get Bob T to come to New England a lifelike portrait is out! work on that Gabe please!
