Who's good in virginia for asian art?

I have a large piece about half done from hip to mid thigh ( dragon, koi kanjaii and waves) that I really need to get finished. Being new to the area Im looking for someone in virginia hopefully that specializes in asian art and can rework/finish this rather large piece. Any suggestions on who I should go check out? Thanks
