Would it hurt a lot to get a tattoo running around my wrist?

I think it'll be about an inch thick running either fully around my wrist (like a bracelet) or just on the top of it. Would that hurt a lot? I'll still get it even if it does, I just want to know what to expect. haha.

It really all depends on your tolerance for pain. But, the inside of the wrist is much more sensitive than the top part... It's not nearly as sensitive as the inside of your upper arm towards your armpit or the inside of your thigh towards your groin, but sensitive enough. So, if you're really worried about how much it will hurt, I would suggest designing a piece that will just go on the top part of your wrist. If you can tolerate that well enough, go with your original idea on your other wrist later on down the road.

When I first read this I really thought it said would it hurt to get a tattoo while running. Now THAT would be a great thread.
