Wrist Tattoo

I'm planning to get a treble clef design on my left wrist this week, but I'm pretty nervous about the pain - I don't know what to expect because it's my first tattoo. My wrists are pretty tiny - I'm about 100 lbs. altogether, so my wrists are maybe 2 inches across, if that. Pretty small. The tattoo itself is about 2 in. tall and maybe an inch across. It will go an inch below the bottom of my palm. Any ideas about the pain? I don't know what it feels like, and I don't want to get myself too worked up or be so nervous that I just make myself sick when I go in.
