yellow rubber ducky

My son is 17 and just got a tattoo of a yellow rubber ducky on his butt. Is there any meaning I don't know for this? He said the guys at the tattoo parlor said they have been getting a lot of requests for these ever since "broke back mountain" came out? Please tell me what you know.

ok people rubber ducks are not gay. . . how do i know???? well gabe "tattooNOW" ripley, my hubby, has TWO they art artfully placed on either side of a Joe Capobianco naked chick (think=cute girl w/ tats in the bathtub) and ya know what else. . . he has a pink flamingo on his upper arm by Julio Rodriquez lovebirds on the back of his neck by Sean O'Hara a pretty blue bird all asian style on one side of his neck by Dana Helmuth a sweet little pastel colored bird by Tin Tin on the other side of his neck and i cant even begin to describe the spacey androgious (sp?) power being Lou Jacque is sleeving his arm with of course awhile back there was a thread all about foot tattoos being gay but i dont think the exploding computer Nick Baxter did on his foot counts in that category either do you know what makes a tattoo gay?????? if it SUCKS ;-)

Hey Kmama I just HATE to disagree but that infamous yellow ducky has been used as a badge of homosexuality for years...This does not mean that everyone who has one is gay.And to kinda clear things up..I am not gay but I do not use the term "GAY" to denote negativity. ie a bad tattoo is gay......Just me tho!!...TAz ps Tell Gabe that I have a pink flamingo by johnathan shaw!!
