For this client, just because it is beautiful was more than enough of reason for her to get this image tattooed. And why not, the stained glass of the Chair of St. Peter is breath taking. It has a luminosity like no other. The stained glass is called the Holly Spirit, and if you have not seen it in it's entire greatness then you should look it up! It is a true master piece of cathedral architecture. When we first started this piece, it only consisted of  the image of the glass and the small oval of filigree. After that was lined, we both agreed that a more asymmetrical filigree foundation was need so that the tattoo had a more flowing feel around the arm. The final piece turned out fantastic, and it was a real privilege to get to do such a wonderful piece of art as a tattoo!
