This guy is a bagpiper.  The bagpipes are also comonly refered to as God's music.  This tattoo represents his Scottish heritage, love for playing the pipes and also accentuates his man pipes!  Another interesting fact to point out is that a group of traditional pipers playing together is called a Tattoo.  Coincidence?  I think not
