Armstrong family shield/crest I recently did.  The original art is by Martin Schmetzer. I normally like to try my own take on images brought in by the client, especially family crests, since they have been done so much. B when my client brought me this take on his Scottish family shield by Martin Schmetzer I was stoked b/c not only was it an awesome image but also b/c I'm a fan and follower of Martin's work.
