Client came with an idea of wanting a girly anchor. Always love adding filigree to pieces, definitely can make a tattoo more feminie. She gave me a lot of freedom with the color scheme and placement, so we worked together and came up with this anchor and the latin phrase meaning 'He who rises with the wave is not swallowed by it'.
