This full sleeve is on a good friend of mine, Steve. He loved my painting, "Binary", so much that he asked for something inspired by it and based off of his idea, 'the deconstruction of man'. This is what we came up with. I love the juxtaposition of black and grey versus color in this piece. I also love that it is a full sleeve, however; the bottom is not simply 'capped', but rather tapered off through fading binary code. This was an extremely fun, and challenging piece. I drew almost everything on with marker and pen. Bishop Rotary and Intenze ink.
