This is the California State Flower. It is illegal to pick this flower. I...er...did not...um...pick one to draw this tattoo..... This tattoo is on a great pal of mine, and was a real trip to tattoo. It's such a simple yet BOLD flower, the color is so bright, it's amazing; not an easy thing to convert to a tattoo. I hope I did it some justice.
