- (404) 373-6655This tattoo is of an Ow- Owel? Owall? Owl? Owl. I don't know, I'm really unfamiliar with this type of bird. So far as I know they eat skeletons and can see in the dark (and into your soul). Anyways I don't foresee these things catching on at all.
