One of my best friends and colleagues, Katelyn Crane, asked me to design a tattoo for her based around her love for her best friend and my obsession with light bulbs. We came up with the idea of a hand clinging to the light bulb, which represents an ambitious spirit. The glowing butterfly represents Katelyn's friend, hope, her growth, and her amazing accomplishments in overcoming life's bountiful obstacles. I was so honored to do this insanely fun tattoo.
